Ailteir were instrumental in identifying the causes resulting in a strategically mission critical project struggling in one of New Zealand’s largest franchise businesses. The initiative was exhibiting many of the classic symptoms of an unhealthy project. The scope was not clearly understood by the stakeholders, the budget was not tracked and the schedule not adhered to.
